Fear
When you were little what frightened you? Have these fears continued to plague you throughout your life? Do you have more fears as an adult? Are you ready to move beyond their reach?
Do you understand how embodiment made you feel special and unique from the beginning? But with a unique body and mind you sometimes felt different, less than, unworthy, alone with no one to help or understand?
Everyone experiences these same feelings as a consequence of taking on a body; everyone suffers from the veils/malas that create fear and anxiety.
But these veils, these feelings of powerlessness and smallness are not our true identity. We are not these feelings; we are the all powerful and completely fulfilled Self deep within.
As we identity more with the enormity of that inner silent, peaceful space within, almost magically our fears/sanka begin to dissolve, and over time we become increasingly free and joyful.
In this construction, the young child is both afraid to look out into the world, but at the same time, feeling somehow punished, standing in the corner of her misaligned, irrational space.
